ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Cleanrooms require a high level of security, with limited access to authorized personnel only. To help prevent contamination, it is important that a cleanroom’s sterile environment be protected by a dependable access control system. Available advanced interlock controls can work with any access control systems that may be in use in controlled environments. Door status can read by any master system connected over communication. This door interlocking system shall interface with Fire Alarm System.

The same go/no-go indicators previously described for soft interlocking can be added to a hard interlock system for added communication capability. This is often valuable for employees to understand why a door is locked and they can’t enter the space.

TEMPERATURE MAPPING

We work with you to collect thermal stability data and conduct temperature mapping of Storage areas, pharmaceutical warehouses, incubators and appliances that are used in controlling temperature within the supply chain. Our temperature mapping services can generate a clear and concise report compliant with relevant legislation.
Our professional engineers with up to date site to deploy and collect calibrated temperature mapping equipment in accordance with the pre-approved protocol. We generate temperature mapping reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
